Thank you for choosing BekuTV. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be approved, when refunds are not available, and how customers can request support or a refund.
By purchasing a subscription or digital service from BekuTV, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Service Notice
BekuTV provides digital IPTV-related subscription access, setup guidance, and customer support. Because our services are digital and may be activated shortly after purchase, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case.
Once login details, activation information, playlist access, or service credentials have been delivered, the service is considered activated.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- The service was not activated or delivered after successful payment.
- You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
- You purchased the wrong plan and contacted us before activation.
- The service cannot be used due to a confirmed technical issue that BekuTV cannot fix after reasonable troubleshooting.
- The account details provided by BekuTV do not work, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within the eligible refund period and give us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot the issue.
3. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after 7 days may be refused unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Troubleshooting Requirement
Before approving any refund for a technical issue, BekuTV may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting steps, including but not limited to:
- Checking your internet connection speed.
- Testing the service on another supported device or app.
- Restarting your device, router, or IPTV player.
- Updating or reinstalling the IPTV player app.
- Providing screenshots or short screen recordings of the issue.
- Allowing our support team to replace or refresh your login details.
A refund may be denied if the customer refuses to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- The subscription has already been activated and delivered correctly.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong plan but contacted us after activation.
- Your internet speed, device, app, or location causes the issue.
- You are using an unsupported device, outdated app, or incorrect setup.
- You failed to follow setup instructions provided by BekuTV.
- Temporary buffering, maintenance, server updates, or short service interruptions occur.
- Specific channels, movies, series, sports events, VOD titles, or categories are unavailable.
- You expected a specific channel or content that was not guaranteed in writing.
- You shared your account details with others or used the service on unauthorized devices.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- You made a fraudulent payment dispute, chargeback, or false claim.
- You are unable to use the service because of third-party app restrictions, ISP blocking, VPN problems, or regional limitations.
6. No Guarantee of Specific Content
BekuTV does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific channel, movie, TV show, sports event, PPV event, VOD title, category, or third-party content.
Channel lists, content libraries, server availability, EPG data, streaming quality, and categories may change at any time without notice.
Refunds will not be issued only because a specific channel, event, title, or category is unavailable.
7. Replacement Before Refund
In many cases, BekuTV may offer a replacement account, refreshed login, alternative server, or technical solution before approving a refund.
A refund will usually be considered only if BekuTV cannot provide a working solution after reasonable support attempts.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered at BekuTV’s discretion, depending on:
- Subscription duration
- Activation status
- Time used
- Technical issue details
- Customer cooperation with troubleshooting
- Payment provider limitations
BekuTV is not required to provide a partial refund unless required by applicable law.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting BekuTV support first, your account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
False, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and refusal of future service.
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact BekuTV support with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Payment email or transaction ID
- Subscription plan purchased
- Date of purchase
- Device and app you are using
- Clear explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or proof of the issue, if available
