BekuTV respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and expects users, customers, partners, and third-party providers to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit copyright infringement notices to us.
BekuTV does not knowingly host, upload, store, reproduce, sell, or distribute copyrighted movies, television shows, sports broadcasts, channels, logos, images, or other protected content without authorization. BekuTV is a digital IPTV service website and may provide information, subscription access, technical support, setup guidance, and related customer services. Any third-party content, channel availability, applications, playlists, or streaming sources must comply with applicable copyright laws and licensing requirements.
If you believe that any content, page, product description, image, logo, title, metadata, link, or material available through BekuTV infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the process below.
Copyright Infringement Notification
To submit a copyright infringement notice, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

Action After Receiving a Valid Notice
After receiving a valid copyright notice, BekuTV may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Remove or edit references to copyrighted titles, logos, channel names, trademarks, screenshots, or metadata.
- Suspend or terminate access to any service or user account involved in repeat or serious infringement.
- Contact the relevant user, customer, vendor, reseller, or third-party provider for clarification.
- Keep a record of the complaint for compliance and legal purposes.
BekuTV may also reject incomplete, false, abusive, fraudulent, or legally insufficient notices.
Counter Notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter notification should include:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court as required by applicable DMCA rules.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Important: A counter notification is a legal request. Do not submit a counter notification unless you are confident that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
BekuTV reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate users, customers, vendors, or third-party providers who repeatedly violate copyright laws or this DMCA Policy.
